Entrepreneurship Program - Entrepreneurship management
In partnership with Asociación Civil Mujeres 2000, we trained women from vulnerable neighborhoods to strengthen their projects. In the Entrepreneurship Management Workshops, women were trained in costs, prices, business models, digital marketing tools and online sales, so that they can develop their entrepreneurial skills.

Graduate Network Program - Skills for your future
In collaboration with the Cimientos Foundation, we provided training and tools to financially vulnerable young people for their first job. The young people participated in a total of 12 virtual classes, five of which were given by BBVA volunteers, who provided training on financial education, means of payment, external communication, sustainable finance and public affairs, and the remaining seven were given by the Cimientos Foundation on employment skills.
Personal Finance Workshops
In association with Junior Achievement, we conduct personal finance workshops for high school students from all over the country. The students, who participate in the online workshops, have the support of BBVA volunteers, who offer the young people their knowledge and experience in finance, to work together on personal and family budget projections, savings, investment, risks and risks; tools that allow them to improve their day-to-day financial planning.
Digital Financial Education Platform
In order to improve the financial health of the population, we offer a digital platform for financial education that is free to access and 100% online. The platform is composed of a variety of workshops that provide administrative and financial tools and notions to learn how to think "economically". The workshops are organized in five modules: personal finance, entrepreneurs, banking products, sustainable finance and financial education concepts.
Mi Primera Empresa
Business plan contest for young people from 17 to 25 years old from all over the country, with the goal to develop and enhance the entrepreneurial spirit in young people. Throughout the contest the participants acquire the necessary tools for the realization of a business plan through an e-learning platform
BBVA Financial Education Program
The Financial Education Program is aimed at young people from 12 to 19 years old, belonging to low-income families, who are in high school education. Its main objectives are to help young beneficiaries complete their high school education, and to ensure that they acquire financial and administrative knowledge and skills, providing them with a banking product that facilitates their inclusion in the financial system. BBVA grants each beneficiary a Visa Rechargeable Card, through which they receive a monthly amount for their education-related expenses. Together with pedagogical tutors from the partner institutions, the beneficiaries of the Program are provided with the necessary administrative and financial tools, which will help them plan their monthly expenses and think "economically". In this way, in addition to having a first approach to a banking institution, they will incorporate concepts on the investment of money, responsible consumption and tax culture.
