Senior Specialist, Public Policy and Competitiveness, CAF

Previously, she worked at the Bank of the Republic (Central Bank of Colombia) where she held a number of positions, including Head of Economic and Financial Education and Head of Institutional Communications. She holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Economics from Universidad de los Andes in Bogota, Colombia, as well as a master’s in Public Administration from the John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University. In her 15 years of professional experience, she has worked in different financial education and inclusion in Latin America, engaging in a number of projects, such as the measurement of the financial skills of the population in several countries of the region, providing advisory services to national governments in the design and implementation of nationwide financial inclusion and education strategies.
