Javier Rodriguez Soler is Global Head Sustainability at BBVA, where he has previously held the positions of CEO of BBVA USA and Global Head of Strategy & M&A, among others. A Business Administration and Management graduate from CUNEF / Universidad Complutense of Madrid, Javier also earned an MBA from Columbia University. He began his career at the strategy consulting firm McKinsey and Company and, prior to joining BBVA in 2010, worked at the Spanish energy company Endesa.
