He holds a degree in financial administration from Tecnológico of Monterrey.
He worked on the auction floor of the Mexican Stock Exchange as an analyst. He joined Bancomer Financial Group (now BBVA) in 1994, where he has held different functions, from stock market operations to product development.
In 2014 she developed the digital marketing area at BBVA and in 2016 she took responsibility for client communications, including advertising (off and online), sponsorship, media, financial education, user experience, social media and market research.
