This document proposes a guideline for the design of public policy strategies aimed at strengthening financial capacities and promoting the financial inclusion of the rural population.
The approach to inclusion and financial capacity adopted in this document is based on the capacity of the financially excluded to develop and manage their own financial present and future, and the possibility of increasing this capacity by finding ways to offer consumers value through regulated financial products and services.
